Apartments are being renovated with great upgrades. New management recently took over and buildings are scheduled to be painted to give a more "Scottsdale" appearance. Love the location. Still one of the most affordable places to live near old town.
People have bashed Robin and Perry to no end on here, but I never had any problems getting things fixed. The maintence guy Ty was the best, always same day service. He would at least look at the problem right ... more
I'm going to renew. Office staff professional, responsive and friendly. Maintenance staff professional, responsive, competent and thorough. Grounds being upgraded. New furniture at pool. Remodeled units are gorgeous. My only suggestion is better lighting in parking areas, replaster and retile ... more
