Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2007
 
I have lived in this apartments for more than 7 years. There are a lo tof roaches and they haved changed managers for more than 5 times already. They also change the rules every time. They are very strict about everything. They will charge you if you for anything. they raise up your rent by a lot if you do another leasing contract with thmem. we are abou to move out. Cesar (the manager) acts nice bu the isn't.
