NOT a Pet Friendly Community

I think what first attracted me to Montierra, besides the location, was that a nice apartment complex would advertise "Pet Friendly Community". I had thought about getting a small dog after moving in. After two months I found a small dog. He is a 15 pound toy fox terrier. He is a clean, smart, and litter boxed trained. He is well behaved. Like all dogs, he barks. When I?m home he doesn?t bark. When I go to work I muzzle him. Apparently, the sound of a muzzled 15 pound dog is enough to get me evicted. Funny, there is a yapping poodle who lives right above me. Below me, I have a punk who loves to BASS the hell out of the apartment complex every weekend. That doesn?t seem to be as much a problem as my dog though. I just got a 10 day notice to terminate my lease. BEWARE dog owners. Don?t rent here. IF YOU DO decide to live here make sure you LIKE to complain about noise. That way, your neighbors get kicked out before you do(: They're all cat lovers here, I guess. It?s funny because my dog could probably pass for a cat. Don?t be fooled by the dog in there ad! qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
