Office staff is not helpful and maintenance requests often go unfulfilled (the microwave door has been broken for a year now with a promise of replacement, the garage leaks into stored items, the dishwaher doesn't work well at all, the a/c vents have never been cleaned an blow out dust that leaves black on the walls).
You can hear EXACTLY what the tenant above is doing in the bathroom--no privacy--and join in on discussions with your neighbors through the walls.
The only people who get any service are permanent residents--private mailboxes on their front doors and complete control of their neighbors. I can't even play music anymore DURING THE DAY as it disturbs the ancient crone downstairs. (I'm almost 50 so that should give a clue that I'm not 'rockin the house')
You get parking for one car unless you pay extra and there is NO parking for visitors at all. Everything gets worse with each managerial change.
And for all this, they raise the rent every year while better complexes lower theirs. Needless to say that at the end of this lease we are moving!
