The general facility is pretty nice, the grounds are kept well. The weight room is small but still has what you need, as long as you are the only one using it at the time.

If you have more than 2 vehicles then you will not find parking for the third or freinds who want to visit. Personal parking spots are often taken by visitors of the other renters.

The utilities here are really poor quality, the wash machines are really loud and don't work that well, the dishwashers are a whole other issue. The dishwashers are so bad that it is a waste of time using them.

If you need help from the office, you can pretty much guarantee that someone is going to be rude to you. The apartment manager is quite rude and reluctant to help as well as the majority of the rest of them.

When I have called in the past to have something fixed, it usually takes quite a while to get any response. When we first moved in we were given a checklist to fill out of things that needed to be fixed or something that may have been damaged prior to move in. When I submitted the form I was asked what I would like to be fixed, I told them and they said they would fix them, but it never happened. I called the office to complain that those items had not been fixed as I was told they would be. All I received from them was a reluctant "OK! We will get someone over there!!" But they never followed through.

For the most part it is a decent place to live, but if something goes wrong or you need help with something don't plan on receiving any assistance, most the time they just blow you off.
