I have lived here for almost 2 years. The property is very nice... at least my unit is. The grounds are well kept. Contrary to the previous reviews, I have always found the office staff to be quite friendly. Keep in mind though.. they are there to work, not play friends with the tenants.

Parking is an issue. I have a garage and an assigned spot. But if you ever have company, there is a good chance that they will not find a parking spot anywhere near the complex.

After my first lease ended, I was able to negotiate another lease for about the same amount. My lease comes up again in June. As long as the rent doesn't increase, I will stay for another year. However, if there was an increase, I will probably check out some of the specails that other properties are offering. Hopefully they will see the value of a stable tenant. Some properties try to raise the rent on a good tenant, and then end up getting less for the unit because they had to rent it with a "Promo" to a new tenant. Seems rather silly, considering they also loose a months rent.

Also must say, any maintenance issues I have ever had, they have addressed within 24 hours. Even when pigeons moved into my patio, they tried there best to resolve the problem. I have been very happy here. Although it is a bit on the pricey side.
