2 1/2 Years and Loved It

My wife and I lived at Montierra for 2 1/2 years and loved it. We lived on the North side of the complex on the 3rd floor, beautiful mountain and tree views. Most of the complex does not have the view that we has so we were lucky. The prkingwas a problem.If you are very social this may not be the place for you. Durring the day there is parking on the south side of the complex but at night good luck if you have more then one person coming over. Great pool and Terry is very friendly. I never had any problems with the staff . . . actually Terry went out of the way to help my wife and me out when we were out of state needed something to be checked out.
