If you have NO friends and NO pets this place is perfect. Oh, it helps if you have a small compact car too since the parking space is so tight. Don't worry, your door won't get dinged like mine did. What's your auto deductible' Way overpriced. Watch out for the photo radar right down the road. It's the perfect place to make 30,000 and pretend you're a millionaire.

We are new to the area, but that doesn't mean we don't have friends. We have had some work people come over and they were able to park on the southside in the guest parking. What you have said about the pets doesn't really make sense, you complain about the smell of a pet, but you also made it sound like you have a pet that wasn't welcome or something. Everyone that I have met has been very friendly and not stuck up. It kinda sounds like you just have a negative outlook on a lot of things and life. Hopefully you are happy where you are at now.

I never had a pet there. Someone who lived there before me must have had one though because it smelled like cats. The reason I say they aren't pet friendly is because the pet deposit you have to put down. Also, they make you pay pet rent addded to regular rent. In addition, I know that the neighbors complain about noise constantly. No, before you accuse me, no I wasn't the one who made any noise or complained. Actually, I love the paradise valley area. People are much more laid back. You know, they are the richest in the valley. So, having money doesn't mean you are stuck up. Actually, it might be the opposite. Anyway, that's cool you like where you are at. I have a good friend who lives at there. During peak hours, it is hard to find a spot...actually really hard if you don't want to hoof it. And you know the parking spaces are like sardines packed in. Anyway, if you have a garage good for you. I did too. The few times I parked outside, I got my door dinged.
