My wife and I moved out here from the mid-west back in 2004 and looked at this site before we made the move...and we still get notification to our email for some reason when a new review is posted. I have seen some negative reviews and I disagree and wanted to tell everyone how pleased we are to live at Montierra Apartments. The rent is resonable, the maintenance crew- ----, Gary, and Joe are outstanding. The office people- Kristine, Terry, and Sharon are cute, friendly and helpful. You are always going to find people who complain, but the friends we know here all agree this is a great place to live. We find it hard to believe any resonable person would have anything to complain about.
