Don't waste your money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/13/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I am ashamed to admit how long I have lived here, but suffice it to I am on a limited income and this is the best place in Scottsdale I can afford. However, now I have been here long enough to be pissed off by the incompetence and neglect I have suffered (along with many of other residents) because of a constantly changing management (all bad), and an owner who I believe has no idea what is going on. It is true that these apartments by Scottsdale standards are dumps. The appliances are bad (all my cakes come out lopsided and crispy), the air conditioning is always failing or about to fail, many of the residents are low-life,
