There are so many things’ I would like to say about this apartment complex, unfortunately none of which are positive. This apartment has had over 5 new managers in the past three years, each one being worse than the last. It is now July and our air conditioning has gone out again for the hundredth time. The manager is not helpful at all, and has a real attitude problem. The tenants on the property are predominantly Drunk's, druggies, or just plain trash, which leave their beer bottles in the walk way, and curse in front of children. The one positive
thing I will say about this place, is that if you ever need a grocery cart Heather tree aka (OASIS) has hundreds on the premises scattered everywhere. The property was smart enough to rebuild their office, making it look like a really nice place, and I know this is shocking but the Air conditioning works great in there. If you have children, and want to keep them away from drugs, alcohol, and just plain degenerates, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on somewhere else. What good is Utilities included in Arizona, if it doesn’t include air conditioning'
