I was shocked to see two bad reviews for Park Scottsdale. I've been living here for almost 8 months and I absolutely love it! First and foremost, when I was shopping around for an apartment for my roommate and myself, I came across quite a few possabilities in Scottsdale. Most were just out of our price range but then we found Park Scottsdale. I first spoke to a lovely woman there who was extremely informative and actually took time to hear what MY NEEDS were. Most places look at a college-aged kid like myself and simply tell them what they offer. I was looking for more than that. I needed to know more than the price per month, ammenities and rules. I needed to know that if I did encounter a problem, the management team would be there to work it out with me to find the best solution. Problems are bound to happen - c'mon folks, this is life, we all deal with problems on a daily basis! And as my Father always said :"Being responsible is not measured by how many mistakes you've made. It's measured by your character and how well you deal with the situation at hand!" And Park Scottsdale continues to ------- away. It's a lush and beautifully landscaped property that is quaint and quiet. And I must say that contrary to popular opinion by other "raters" (who obviousely didn't belong at the Park Scottsdale community) I've never encountered any prostitutes, drug-dealers or any situation that would lead me to that conclusion. People are vindictive, eh' I would also like to add something about the Club House. Park Scottsdale has a great policy on its clubhouse. This Club House is beautiful! It's always properly cared for and has a big-screen TV, pool table and plush leather couches. Now, if you think about it, why would the office leave it open when noone is around to over-see what's going on' Unfortunately, it is a fact of life that people dessacrate other people's things. Now, how the management team overcame this obstacle was brilliant. If you'd like to rent the club-house, you can put down a $75 deposit and IF everything is returned the way it was loaned, you get your money back. Some people don't think it's fair but I think that the management team is doing a great job of protecting the club house so everyone can enjoy it. I would also like to include that everytime I had a question or concern, I was treated with the upmost respect and my question was answered/ my concern was promptly handled. I suggest that anyone looking for a quiet and well-managed property in the heart of Scottsdale should definately check-out Park Scottsdale.
