I agree with truely horrid and to add to the problems mentioned (noise, police, bad maintainance, office staff incapability) lets talk about termites and dog poop everywhere. We were given a treatment for termines in out restroom and then when we continued to have termite problems they denied that we ever had one!
The maintainance staff is truely a joke! Then there is the office staff that wouldn't know a ready apartment if they saw one, why cause "Park Scottsdale" has never turned out an apartment fit for anyone. I can say that cause they tried twice to appease us and failed both times, even with instruction!
