This complex has been sold to a developer who is booting all the current residents out and selling these units as condos.

This has resulted in construction and noise that starts at 6:30 am most mornings and seems to be 7 days a week. I feel sorry for the people who live in complexes around us.

The new 'condos' are just our little crappy apartments. There are currently no washer/dryer nor much in the way of repairs.

The dishwashers in here are of poor quality - ours has broken multiple times. The cealing is peeling away from water damage from a leeky roof.

The second story units suffer from a strange problem...if the tenent below you is a smoker or has a stinky household (lots of colone, strong foods, BO, smoke) the smells waft up throught the bathroom sink area and the small towel storage area, making everything in there smell really bad.

This complex has a swamp cooler for air conditioning. This cooler is turned off in the winter so if you happen to have a hot day, you can't do much about it. The heater never seemed to really work in the winter. I'd advise wearing sweaters.

Parking was not well thought out - ours was assigned over on the other side of the complex from us. We just ended up parking in guest parking to be close to our apartment.

Bad bad place right now. Avoid.

First of all. yes it is going to condo, but we have been treated fairly and with consideration from the current Management team. We get notices before any changes occur and were warned that there will be loud noises from construction. It sounds as if the person who posted this last review is unhappy with more than just his/her apartment. Its not a perfect place to live, believe me, I have seen worse, but then again if this was a perfect world, this site would not exsist. Each to thier own, either you like it or you don't. Noone forced me or the person who is complaining to live here.
