The maintenance staff here is unbelievable. You never have to worry about anything. It's a great area (east side of Tatum, not west side). Fry's is right next door. The community is quiet, friendly. The grounds are always spotless. They even have monthly community events. What else... Great price, big floorplans. I can't think of anything that's wrong with it, actually. Plenty of parking... I guess that's it! Oh, great amenities like stand-up tanning bed. Big workout room (its own building!).
