One of the truly bad places to live

The management at this place is the worst I have ever dealt with. The are rude, uncaring, unresponsive, and just don?t care about keeping anyone happy. Any time you have a complaint, they argue with you about it. They have once dumpster/compactor for the entire complex, so trash builds up around the dumpster, which is right next to the mailboxes. This could be a health hazard, especially if you live near the dumpster. Additionally, you get charged for water, electricity, everythi9ng and things keep breaking. And this place is rated as a luxury apartment
