Pillar is the worst in everything.....

I have lived there for almost 6 years and the -------- of having to deal with different faces all the time. This place has been bad. You can tell by so much "turnover" from this company. They tow your car with no notice. The parking lot is very dirty all the time. They never clean the carpets or even exterminate, then never show any appreciation for customers or anything at all. The staff never tries to help in solving the problem they just give you more fees up the ass to deal with. DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. YOU PAY SO MUCH FOR BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE STAFF ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER. THIS PLACE CHANGES EMPLOYEES SO MANY TIMES, LIKE A PERSON CHANGES THEIR UNDERWEAR.
