I currently live at the Pillar. The maintainence staff is pretty good at responding to concerns promptly. But, the parking is pretty bad. And, it seems like there always is someone new in the office. When we signed the lease, the manager was extremely rude. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but that's no excuse. Everything closes at 10- pool, gym. The maintainence guy comes promptly at 9:45 and kicks you out early. I think that is ridiculous. Then they padlock the gates, just to make sure. There is a lot better out there for the money. Their security gates are always broken too. The insulation is horrible as well, we can hear everything everyone does around us and above us. Another thing is that they never answer their phone at the office. They let it ring and ring and always send it to the answering machine. They'll only call you back if they think you are enquiring about an apartment, if your a resident- what do they care' You can wait until the next business day.
