I'm sitting here reading these reviews and it's so obvious that the only people who write reviews on here are people who have had a bad experience and it looks like a lot of these people didn't read their lease before they signed it. Their problems are no one's fault but their own. No, I don't work for the company, but I did live there for 3 years and I loved every minute of it. I read my lease. According to my friends who still live there (and have lived there for 5 years) the old management is back in effect, so everything is back to normal. When I was there I loved walking next door to get my groceries, I loved my neighbors (and no, I didn't hear them), I loved looking at the pool every day. This place is paradise. I have recently moved to Ohio and, believe me, I miss Desert View every day.
