1. More than half of the apartments have bed bug problems
2. More than half have cockroaches.
3. The management asks the tenant to pay for the pest control.
4. They do not allow you to break the lease because of the pest problems and blame you for bringing in the pests.
5. They charge exhorbitantly when you move out. Beleive me, mine was a 5 digit amount! You could buy a new car with this amount. I have proofs for this. If you need proofs, leave your e-mail ID as a comment to this review.
Stay away from this apartment. They were not bad until we moved out.
This has happned with my neighbours also. They were also charged about $2,000 and again $1,500 after a few months. But, mine was 3 times this amount!!
Ahh... I forgot... the staff treats you like they own you!
