I was reading these reviews and I've been here for quite some time. Some of those reviews are ALMOST accurate from back in the day, but over the last year this community has really gotten its act together. There were a couple loud parties I remember a long time ago, but those people are gone now anyway. The community certainly isn't a loud one or a party community or anything. You can't beat the amenities- pool table, indoor basketball court, onsite massage parlor. The office staff has become the best one I've ever dealt with, so I don't see how anyone can be disappointed. Great location, very "upscale".
