Since Pillars took over and there's a new manager, everyone in the office is awesome. I've lived here for a couple years and I was ready to move out, when the Staff talked me into staying. I was skeptical, but I didn't really want to go through the hassle of moving. I'm so glad I stayed. Everything has gotten better. No more loud parties and the grounds look good 99% of the time. I am happy with my decsison to stay and I would reccomend it to anyone.

If you want peaceful surroundings or have children, do not move here. things have changed. Management does next to nothing to make this an enjoyable community. They allow the young adults here to take over the common areas--on the weekends the pool area is like one big Frat party, with Keg parties, rude language and footballs being thrown in pool and in lounge area. Young adults also drink and smoke in the pool. and parties that go on until 4:00 am is not unusual.
When you complain to management, you are told there is nothing they can do.
the hot tub has not been hot or had working jets since last summer. when you complain, they say the are "working on it"--right.
rumor has it that at the end of each month management split what is
left over in the maitenance budget--I believe it. Common areas are in shambles. billiard room has only 3 cues. and tv/media room can no longer be used by residents. you pay a lot for very little.
