This place is way overpriced for what you get. My experience involves dirty carpets on the move in. Cockroach infested which took multiple complaints to fix. Apartment was broken into once and evidence of other attempts along with a friends place getting robbed while I was there. Parking is terrible if your apartment isn't by the pool. My roomate SIGNED me off the lease and he was evicted months later and my name was on eviction letter and I'm still battling to fix my credit for their screwup. The pillar is a great place for pool parties and meeting people I will at least give them that if you can put up with all the poor management issues.

I agree about Pillar. I was at thier other complex in Scottsdale where I was signed into a lease that was quoted something smaller that what I am actualy paying. When I went in there all they had was an excuse to why I wasn't told the proper amount when I was renewing.
