Lived here for one year, thought that the actual apartment was great, but the managment was horrible. They never fixed anything, Had to call them multiple times to fix our toilet, and I only have one. When the maintence man finally showed up he told us that they never even paged him to come over until 15 hours after we made the first complaint. We were constantly harassed by the front office about paying our rent with two checks. We were told it had to be one check even though for the past 8 months we had paid with two. Then they told us we could pay with a money order if we "had" to pay seperately, then they told us that we had to pay at the same exact time and would not except one money order before the other. Asked for paint to touch up apartment and they gave me the wrong paint 5 times!!! Had to call Police on nieghbors after many days of 8am drag racing in the parking lot with motorcyles!! Front entrance gate always broken and difficult for people that are visiting to get in. VERY difficult to work with....glad to be moving away from all of the hassle!! Rent Mark-Taylor!!!
