The apartments are so cheaply built that you have a light show everytime you use two appliances at once. The office and maintenance personal are the worst I've ever dealt with. I was counting the says for my lease to be over, during the 12 month period I had to call maintenance at least 14 times for things like: the door bell shorting, the alarm that was supposed to be disconected shorting, the kitchen faucet leaking, the kitchen counter falling apart, the master bedroom bathtub leaking all the way to the dining room, etc. etc. Everytime we had to call more than once in order to get service and sometimes we even had to call back after the "service" was performed because of work badly done. The gounds were usually dirt, the BBQ's by the pool didn't have safety controls in the propene tanks, the restrooms by the pool were disgusting. Off course it was pretty common to have to call the managers office in the middle of the night because other tenants would have the music so loud that we could heard them even though we were more than 10 buildings away. Oh, yeah did I mention the bees incident' We had a problem with bees, a big nest fell and we had a 3square feet of bees in the ground plus some more flying around. It took them two days to do something about it, they didn't care that they put in danger the people that live near where the bees were. If you want to pay premium rent for welfare quality and service go ahead and rent at the Pillar.

Tell me about it. Everytime I walk by the pool area I can smell the sewer backing up. I have noticed alot of bees, but I think the cockroaches are worse. Just walk out at night and shine a light on them, yikes. I'm still waiting to have things fixed from last year. They never get to so many things, that I started doing it myself.

You lived near my building too, because I had a nest of wasps...and saw several other nests around....oh, Pillar is just bee family oriented:)
