Unfortunately when the property was sold the service and quality went down the tubes!
I have lived here for 2 1/2 years and now looking else where... Recently a special was run that reduced rates up $200 per month for the term of the lease... very unfair for the current residents, also the quaility of people has changed with the price. It once was a lovely place with a great group of people living here, not anymore. Also they must of lowered their standards for being able to qualify for an apartment. The grounds were very beautiful at one time and well maintained now the plants that are left are butchered. The only pool is in horrible condition and so is the club house. The walls of the Apts are paper thin. You can hear a conversation next do without a problem. You can definately do better elsewhere. But if you're looking for a great bargain, just think of why they had to offer such a special to begin with.
