low class people (management/maintenance) From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   The repairs are not done befor moving in, nor when you are living here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The management/maintenance) , calls you crazy, etc.......... when it's a saftey issue for repairs, windows that don't open, lock, close tight!!!!!!!!!!! THey simply refuse to take care of things! Then you put it in writing to them as a five day notice for them to repair the items, they give you a notice too move!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Non-renewal of lease!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are very dirty and under handed as well as their bosses above them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's nothing GOOD about this place or company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
