Just say no to the ground floor. I had three different aprtments above mine. One was very noisy, loud discusssions at 2a, one was moderately noisy, the other, over the garage was quiet. The people above the entrance threw cigarette butts down on the sidewalk. The walls are very thin and I could hear a dog barking at all hours of the day and night.
The staff is very friendly when you come to visit, but indifferent once you sign a lease. Do not sign a lease at this place, you will live to regret it. I do.
