I'm really shocked to read all the horrible reviews on this webpage. I have to say it must be people who created their own bad esperiences. It's an apartment folks, it's not a house and as far as apartments go it's the best I've ever had!!!

I live in a townhome and it's so nice. I feel like I have my own private home. I have neighbors to the side of me, but I never notice that they are there. When I have seen them coming and going they've always been friendly though.

The pool was recently remodeled so it was shut down for a little while, but the end result was great. I love grilling and having friends relax on the weekends with me. I've referred a lot of my friends and acquaintances to live here and a few have moved in. They all love it too!! I even got money off of my rent for referring them here.

They offer so many amenities from massage therapist, indoor basketball court, movie room, pool table, etc. I get a lot more for my money than just a box. ;)

I've always gotten a good service from everyone that works here. The office follows up to make sure work was done in my apartment. Maintenance is always professional and they come out same day or next.

If you read any of the comments on here take into consideration that everyone has different experiences, but I've always loved living here!!!

You must be the chosen one, because nothing that you stated here happens at the Piller of Scottsdale. Please, please give me the inside information so that maybe I can get one thing done in a timely manner.
