This place is Horrible when it comes to a number of things--for example, gym equipment--one of the 3 stairmasters has not worked in over a year. One of the two treadmills has not worked in over 3 weeks. The machines are all old and should have been replaced some time ago.
The common areas are praised to the hilt when they are showing them to prospective tenants, but actually leave much to be desired. The billiard room is in terrible shape and the media room--which is only a large screen tv-- can no longer be used by the residents. The pool is supposed to be heated, but never is. Last year the pool's ladies' room lock was broken for over 3 weeks.
The place is overrun with 18-25 year olds who seem to think the pool area is their personal playground--keg parties go on long into the night--sometimes until 4:00am, even though management will tell you they lock the pool area at 11:00 pm--and during the day there is so much swearing and rude behavior that children and older adults have a hard time even enjoying the pool area. These young adults even drink beer and smoke while in the pool!
When you report problems to the front office, the people there are always friendly and say they will do something about it, but rarely does anything actually get done. If something is done, it takes much too long--the broken treadmill, stairmaster, etc. are just a few examples.
Walls are extremely thin--I can hear the neighbor's on both sides and below me.
