My lease is up in 2 months and I am literally counting down the days til I can finally leave. I have a 10 month lease and it has been terrible living here since day 1. I pay almost $1,000 a month for a one bedroom apartment of which
1. Maintenance is slower than a turtle
2. Awful neighbors who have no class
3. Pool is dirty and disgusting
4. Management refuses to remodel the weight room and so the room is garbage with outdated equipment and stolen weights.
Katie, the Head manager is pretty good, but the problem is one person can not do it on their own to make the place better. The Pillar Corporation needs to really read these reviews and realize that if you are going to pay outragous prices for these apartments, then fix the damn place up!!!!
I will never come back here again and will recommend all my friends to stay away!!!

My thoughts exactly. They also done rent out the room they tell you they do for conferences and stuff. Not to mention the entertainment room has a big screen tv that doesnt work althought they make it into a huge deal "come and relax and watch tv on the hot days in our entertainment room. If sitting in a hot room with a broken room is entertaining for you then this is your place. Just expect overflowing trash, people parking all over the place, in fire lanes, in your spot, and maintanance guys who the consider pros who cannot fix ANYTHING properly.. Stay away! they only want your money once you sign the leas you're on your own!
