The comments aren't even scratching the surface of how terrible these "luxury" apartments are.
Let s start with the pest problem...Black Widows, these little bathroom bugs that I don't think science has identified yet and termite tubes everywhere. You tell management about this stuff and nothing gets done. I don t even want to talk about the cockroach problem.
They did do a good job with the garage door openers if you have a need to be woken up periodically throughout the night. If there are louder garage door openers around, Pillar hasn t heard of them or they would be in.
The appliances are cheap and terrible. Fear operating the disposal, don t ask to have the refrigerator replaced (they don t make that model anymore) and bring a rock and paper plates because the dish washer is useless and you ll get better results hand washing your clothing in their neglected pool and spa with that rock I mentioned..
All this would be acceptable if rent was $600 to $700 rather than $1300 to $1600.

I could go on and on but, the bottom line is, there is nothing good about the people or the place.
