I moved here in Feb 08. The staff is the best that I have ever seen at any apartment complex. I have lived all over the country and these folks are great. Any maintenance request is completed within 24 hrs. The gym has been completely upgraded with new cardio equipment. The entire complex is being repainted on the exterior. It seems like Pillar is really identifying any weakness in the complex and being proactive to fix these deficiencies. There is more than enough parking and I have yet to experience any rodent problems as some others have mentioned.

The pool is fun, not unruly. There is a mix of families and 20ish year olds. Never seems to be an issue. Overall, a top notch apartment complex with incredible value and a great location.
