Nice house nobody home. Pillars takes your money at the beginning of the month and thats the last time you'll see the staff. Maintenance requests are completed within a few days if you're lucky. Gates are always broken and pool was also down multiple times during my tenancy here. Make sure you document all communication with the office staff because they will try to screw you on anything they can think of when you move out. Good idea to take picture of the apartment when you move out. Get a clue and find somewhere else to live, Pillars looks nice but you can definitely find better for the money.
