I do not know any one person who lives or has lived at this complex and has anything good to say about their experience here. Aside from the 100 year old ugly cabinets, lack of base boards, paper thin windows and property staff who are snotty and rude, if you need maintenance expect to call 4 or 5 times or call your own handy man. There are a lot of other options is this area that offer much more for your money and staff who will value your business.
