The location by the greenbelt was terrific, but unless the property managment has changed I would look elsewhere.
1) maintenance has been lax. upon moving in the apt. was dirty, the garbage disposal didn't work, baseboards were missing, etc.
2) the apartment walls are thin and the windows are single-paned. Thus, it isn't very energy efficient and can be noisy.
3) The water bill is suspicious. The company issuing the bill is located in Florida. I didn't take issue with my bill until I was moving out and found the charges curious. As best as I could tell from the information given, is that there each apartment pays a pre-determined percentage (based on apt size)of the water used in all the apartments (rented and unrented) as well as the water used in the maintenance of the grounds.
4) most disturbing was the misinformation given to me when I attempted to break my lease 3 months early. The agents told me that my contract contained a clause stating that I would have to pay a "lease breaking fee", which in my case would equate to approx. $1400. This clause was not in my lease, I brought this to the agents attention as well as the extremely rude manager. Given that the fee was close to 2 months rent and I had only 3 months left on the lease, I attempted to find a suitable tenant on my own and present them to the leasing office. I was later told that my methods were in violation of the lease agreement I signed. Again, there was no such clause in the contract.

I had a terrible experience.
