this place is going condo, so a rental review is pointless, but the condos are a RIPOFF. Sure they are putting in new carpet, etc...the ususal condo turnover procedure, but these apartments are NOT worth it. If you buy over buy Bldgs 1 - 8, do not expect to ever be able to use the pool. There is no pool light. The old mgmt left it broken for 2 years. the new mgmt (the condo people) have owned this place since 2/2005 and have yet to fix the light.

there are big grody sewer roaches.

the workman are rude and the management LIES about the work they are doing. they tell you the time and date they are goign to do things and they lie. I got a letter on my door on a thursday saying to clear personal things off the balcony as they would be doing work on Friday. Well, they did the work on thursday before I even saw the notice. after reading it, I went out to the balcony and all our personal stuff had been shoved into a corner haphazardly.

they they were supposed to be doing roofwork on certain bldgs. the notice did NOT say bldg 7 (where we live) yet I come home to find their junk left laying all over MY porch and they were stomping around on our roof at SIX A.M.

The apartments are TINY. you could buy a 3 bedroom house at 1500 s.f. for what they are SOAKING for here.

all they care about is their conversion. I came home one day and had to tell the STUPID workman to get his truck OUT of my parking space! Hey, people still live here you know!
