ConAm Management is completely unflexible when it come to accommodatings its residents' reasonable requests. When I tried to terminate my lease, which I had renewed for 4 straight years, one month early without penalty, they were totally unbending. This was after spending the previous year with the neighbors from hell just below. They, on the other hand, were allowed to renew their lease so they could continue to disrupt the entire complex and make it an eyesore due to the constant build-up of junk around their unit.



I?m thoroughly disgusted that management refused to make a minor concession to a good, reliable tenant and decided to bow instead to low-lifes. I will never rent in a ConAm community again.
