I live here in a condo and it's terrible

If you are considering living here consider something else. I have lived here for 7 months- renting a condo that is owned by an investor. There was a significant ant problem all summer, eventually they sprayed outside at the end of the summer and the ants all came inside. I have pets and a toddler so this is unacceptable. There was an abandoned camero in a cover parking space when we moved in, it took 3 months after we came here before it was towed. An abondoned SUV quickly took its place and only recently was towed in the last 2 weeks. There is construction relating to units being prepared for sale on the property. The crews frequently leave large nails, screws, and other hazardous matter in the parking lots. I have had flat tires as a result. I have complained but this has not been fixed. I walk from my unit to the parking lot with my toddler every day and I do not appreciate these dangerous objects on the ground. I have been stalked by the HOA. Virtually every month they mail photos that the psychotic HOA president has taken of my unit. The supreme court has established rights to privacy and mine have been violated. He takes close up photos through the windows of my apartment, harrasses and taunts my dog and then says my dog is a disturbance to the complex. These units are TINY and overpriced. If you are looking for a condo, keep looking!
