Years at this apartment: 2000-01-01 - 2002-01-01

For some reason, the maintenance staff feels that the best time to operate leaf blowers, weed-eaters and chain saws is in the early hours of the morning, before the sun comes up. You would think that the fact that the complex is heavily landscaped would be a good thing, but without fail, I am awakened weekly by the sound of some gas powered attrocity, inches from my window. Oh yea, they are one of two complexes in the area to NOT lower their lease rates.
