Regents at Scottsdale

Not as bad as some make it out to be From: nataliejc Date posted: 7/27/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I actually had a pretty good experience with Regents at Scottsdale, but we DID get along with the manager, which I understand can be hard to do. I have to defend them on the cable issue simply because they got stuck into a contract with that stupid a** company and could not get out for 10 years. That is why they allow Satellite Dishes to be installed so freely. The only reason we moved was because we didn't want to be on the third floor and they didn't have anything on a lower floor that was what we wanted. Although I suppose there is definately room for improvement, the place I live now is much MUCH lower in quality and the rent is much higher (same area), so I have to give Regents at Scottsdale a good overall review.
