Unbelivable 3rd catagory rated apartment complex. Parking is a nightmare!! They have subcontracted parking maangement to a very shrude parking company, arizona parking solutions... and these people are just waiting on an opportunity to make your life a hell. For example, if you do Back parkng, you will get ticket. You need to put their horible sticker on left side of windshield or you will get ticket. You have to pay $15 for each car for parking registration. Hey , even if you have garage, and keep car parked in garage, still you need to pay $15 for parking sticker.. Just horrible, way to strip people. There are only few visitor parkings in front entrance. Your guest cannot park in other open parking within the complex. The visitor parking are always full. So having a party, or just calling a friend would tensed you out to get parking for them. This complex is accomodates all people who are probably lonely with no social life.... And right now, this complex is completely infested with Bugs and flies, everywhere in the complex. They don;t do anything, just wait for pest control which is scheduled first monday of a month.. And after week of pest control, you can see these bugs everywhere!.. But apartment owner just waits for next month for pest control!!!

simple advice, if you have to pay $100 more on rent to other places, go for it. Everything is horrible here.. I am just waiting for my lease term get over.
