Regents at Scottsdale

One of the best for the $$ From: Smitty27 Date posted: 2/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I lived at Regents twice. I looked all over the valley and the price vs. perks was unbeatable (garages, big floor plans, etc). I too dealt w/ Joann and she is fine. She is a somewhat glum foreigner and some people find that hard to deal with. She strictly enforces the rules (parking included) which will disappoint some but was find w/ me. My beef was with the groundskeepers - that stupid water feature is a disaster, always broke and filthy. Regardless, I recommend Regents to all.
