The parking is by far the most ridiculous set up I have ever seen. There are hundreds of apartment units in the complex and not even enough parking for all the tenants. You get one covered spot, the you pay $15, so if you have more than yourself living in the complex, you still only have one spot...which normally wouldn't be a problem anywhere else you go, but in this apartment, there is no open parking. I live at the far north side of the complex,full of 2 or 3 bedroom units and there is 7 uncovered spots. I have had to park at the park, behind the south end of the complex! I've spoke to management numerous times about the issue and all they say is there's nothing they can do! Arizona Parking Solutions is a real bi*ch too! They can't wait to write you a ticket. Someone was parked in my covered spot, so I parked in front of the garbage can and I ran up to my apartment for 5 minutes and came back down to see a $90ticket on my window...I explained that someone, who was unauthorized, was in my spot and that's why I didn't park in it, but they wouldn't revoke the ticket they wrote. I have had friends park in uncovered spots when they can find them and come out to see boots on their cars b/c the parking people are freakin obserd! And you can never talk to a live person is you're fighting a ticket, only via mail or e-mail. All of my neighbors agree that this place is no good and we all can't wait until our leases are up!
Joanna is still here and man is she a peach! She's the most unfriendly, horrible communicator I have ever met. She's so incredibly rude and impossible. They will screw you every chance they get.
I loved the apartment, the price for the size was awesome, but not worth all the hassle I had to deal with living here. My lease is up in May and am so looking forward to leaving this hell. I would definitley not recommend this apartment complex to anyone...I would say to stay far away from it!

You pretty much said it all but something needs to be done about Joanna (Satan). I have been disputing a parking ticket for three months now and still haven't a final outcome. I'm going to make flyers and place them on people's cars through out the entire complex urging them to bomb garden communities email address about all this and hopefully get that hateful, bitter witch fired once and for all. Also, someone needs to file suit against AZ parking solutions so they'll be able to claim they were the first of their kind and the last (read their web page). I'm so fed up
