The good, the bad, and the ugly

The good: While my rent has gone up $130 between this year and last year (due to a $30 mid-lease utilites increase and a $100 annual rate increase) this is still reasonably priced housing in north Scottsdale so the complex will continue to fill nearly all the apartments without a problem. I've also found my apartment to be very energy efficient (I live on the 2nd floor).
The bad: The ceilings are paper thin. I believe I have a herd of elephants living above me and an apartment full of crying babies living below me (both these tenants are active 24/7). Secondly, the workout room doesn't have any fans in it so get ready to sweat profusely.
The ugly: I've had the same parking issues as everyone else. If you're expecting guests past 7pm, it's extremely difficult to find a parking spot, and if it's past 8:30 or so, forget about it. Also, if you care about water pressure at all, this is not the place for you. The water pressure is literally about half of what it was when I moved in 3 years ago. This combined with the mid-year increase in rent due to rising utility rates makes me very angry.
