Regents at Scottsdale

A nightmare in renting! Rock bottom. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/30/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This apartment offers disrespectful, incompentent, surly management; receiving parking fines for parking in your assigned space; a constant roar of traffic noise; intruding maintenance. The old management was very bad, the new management is (amazingly) even worse. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone!
