You get what you pay for.

I have been living here for a year now and agree with some comments, but others are way off base.

The parking is horrible. Do what I did and drop an extra $50 a month to get a garage and not worry about the parking company. The only cars I have seen fined are not resident cars; they are cars of visitors to the resident, which does not count.

I live in the back corner and there was a bug problem, for about a week, and you can here the noise from West World when you are outside. I was not told about this, but if you were running a business, would you'

I have found the management to be helpful, and maintenance to be done quickly and correctly. Perhaps the people with bad experience do not know how to interact professionally and politely.

Let s face it, this is another apartment complex and if you don t want to spend $200 more a month than some of the others in this area then suck it up!

Everyone is "forced" to pay at least $200 more a month than what they had initially paid back in 2005. With more rent, yeah, we expect a lot more. Did salaries increase?

Who is forced to move out of this community? Teachers of this school system who get paid a mere $30k a year or single parents who kill themselve to afford the increase to keep their children in the same school system?

Sure it's a bargain compared to California or Chicago; however, the salaries there are much higher as Arizona maintains as one of the lowest if not the lowest paying state in the nation.

Try to understand from what others who have been there for five or more years are coming from before judging. Within another year, you will once the rents increase another $200 since a San Diego firm has recently purchased your complex for conversion.
