Yeah, Yeah...there is a bit of a parking problem, but for the most part it is a great place to live! Its close to everything (the 101) and I have yet to live in an apartment that was perfect! I have a feeling that alot of these negative comments are just people that didn't hear/get the answer they wanted and are just using this site to vent. The apartments are also huge! And as for the new management..I am a current resident and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them! Also from what I understand they are going to do alot of "updating" and making positive changes, which are needed! As for the gates...If these retarded people would be patient enough to wait for them to open/close (not ramming them with their car!) they'd work more often and properly! Oh and by the way, at move in it was clearly explained to me that the apartment needed to be cleaned upon moving out, this also included the $$ if not! So with that said I LOVE IT HERE!

Good for you. You're in the same complex that used to cost 800/month for a 2 bedroom a year to a year and a half ago. With upgrades it is going to be much higher as with the trend with property management today.
