The management has been changed. Some new Investment company has bought over this property. This new owner is worst than the old one.
SOME FACTS--
--At the end of lease, if you want to renew, your rent will go up by at least 30%. If you are paying $1000.. it will be atleast $1300.
--If you don't want to renew lease, they will charge hefty fees. For eg $125 for repaint''. $100 because dishwasher not cleaned. And if there is a little stain on carpet, YOU ARE SCREWED.
--When spring starts, you will be welcomed by small flying bugs all around in complex. If you live near canal area, then enjoy mountain views with bugs in your mouth.
--Old management were making good service on any maintenance request. After the new management, you will hear, NO, it can be workable.. when its completely broken, we will replace it.
--3 of family i know, left the complex since they could not afford 30% increase in rent. It used to be moderate 3 to 4% increase till now!. We all regreted moving to this apartment. I am looking to move out at end of my lease.

-- I know they will screw me with HEFTY move out charges, Hence I am preparing myself for any legal procedure and make a formal complaint about this Owner. Isn't there any damn protection for Tenants in AZ'.
-- The worst, I think, the exisiting tenants as well as past tenents who paid unneccessary move out charges shoudl get to gather and launch a formal complaint with AZ housing or somewhere!!

----...Just want to settle at one place with peace of mind, but these bastards, money greedy investment people will not let that happend..WHEN THEY SAY WE LOVE OUR TENANTS MEANS THEY LOVE THEIR TENANTS MONEY!. Hey and if you visit Regent's office, don't make mistake to take more than 1 doughnuts, otherwise you will hear, only one allowed. This is the time to ask politician to get interest for Rental people.
