I am a new resident here and The Regents at Scottsdale and I love it. My apartment has been completely renovated and has all brand new counter tops, cabinets, carpet and tile. The staff in the office was great, they were helpful and friendly. I also had a great move in special; it helped a lot on the moving cost, which made moving all that easier.
